"Had heard a lot about this place and wanted to see how it compared to my other Toronto favs (Badiali #1, North of Brooklyn). It wasn’t busy and the ready slices looked a little old, so I ordered a whole pie to get a true representation. I asked what their most popular/best pie was, the told me the cold drink / hot grill, which is a classic pizza with pep, jalapeños, and honey. I also get their most popular dip, the black garlic dip. The pizza was good! Nice crust, good chew, fresh tasting sauce. For me, it was a little greasy and floppy. The pep wasn’t my favourite either, but it was a really good quality pie. The black garlic sauce was sensational, if not a little intense! I highly recommend trying it. Overall, good pizza, I would be happy to eat it again, but it doesn’t compare to the greats."
"This place is great! The pizza is consistently top tier, the staff is lovely, and the funky pink decor is cool. You can tell they use high quality ingredients and everything is fresh. My favourite pizza is the scarlet sunrise! The only downside is that there’s no seating and sometimes the wait is quite long."
